Shipping policy

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom and France

Delivery time by country:

 France 7 - 10 working days
 United Kingdom 7 - 10 working days

 

Processing your order will take 1-2 business days after confirmation.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We do not guarantee Saturday deliveries, even for express shipments.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped, within 48 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

Important information:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may delay processing for an additional 1-2 days. Check your shipping and billing information carefully before confirming your order.
  • Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door. If the delivery person deems the location unsecured, they will put the package on hold at a local post office or schedule another delivery. It is recommended to use an address where someone can accept the package.

 

Cancellation and Modification of the order

If you believe you have entered the wrong shipping address, you should contact us immediately to correct the error. Changes must be made within 5 hours of ordering. After this period, your order will have already left and we will no longer be able to modify it.

For this same reason, you have up to 5 hours after purchase to cancel your order. 

 

Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

I still haven't received my order. What takes so long?
