Returns
At Semira we have one 30-day "satisfied or refunded" guarantee (from receipt of the order).
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you have subscribed to a Guarantee
1 year warranties or lifetime warranties are non-refundable.
If you have opted for Express Delivery
Express delivery is an exclusive shipping and tracking service with a shortened delivery time (5-10 business days). It is not refundable unless the 10 working day deadline has passed.
Defective and/or damaged product
We are extremely confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, it may happen that a product is damaged during transport or arrives defective. In this case, please send us an email at info@semiraofficiel.com with proof that the product is defective (please provide a photo or video preferably) as well as your order number. We will offer you:

- or a refund of your purchase
If the evidence provided is not sufficient, We will ask you to return the product to us for inspection.
Semira reserves the right not to refund the customer if the conditions below are not met:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to error on our part.
- The customer contacts us more than 30 days after receiving his product.
Note : Semira does not accept the return or refund of the item if it is a consumable product that has been used or a product that has been soiled and therefore can no longer be used by a new customer. In this case, the customer will not have to return the product and will receive in exchange a voucher worth the amount of their order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to return the product(s) to us for evaluation, repair, exchange or refund at their expense.
THE orders returned to an address other than the address provided may result in delay or refusal of refund or exchange. So please contact us first and we will be happy to help you start the returns process.
Once we receive your package, we will test it to verify its quality.
We recommend using a shipping option that allows you to track your package to ensure we receive it.
Please pack your package carefully, as we will not be able to exchange or refund if the product has been damaged.
Cancellation and Modification of the order
If you believe you have entered the wrong shipping address, you should contact us immediately to correct the error. Changes must be made within 5 hours of ordering. After this period, your order will have already left and we will no longer be able to modify it.
For this same reason, you have up to 5 hours after purchase to cancel your order.
