Do you ship anywhere in the world?
We currently only deliver to United Kingdom and France.
Order processing can take up to 2 working days.
Shipping times can take 7-10 working days.
Do you provide package tracking information?
Yes, wait 1-2 days after your order and you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order.
Cancellation and Modification of the order
If you believe you have entered the wrong shipping address, you should contact us immediately to correct the error. Changes must be made within 5 hours of ordering. After this period, your order will have already left and we will no longer be able to modify it.
For this same reason, you have up to 5 hours after purchase to cancel your order.
Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.
